Fulfilment of Stocks • Coordinate the distribution of both raw materials and finished goods. • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce cost mprove efficiency and minimize risk in supply chain management • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering additional supplies when necessary to ensure adequate supply of products to customers • Coordinating with internal staff as well as C& F and C& A Agents to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the supply chain • Preparation of e way bills. • Credit Note Issuance & Stock return data maintenance • Stock reconciliation of depot on monthly basis. • Preparation of Invoice of Misc. material Samples & monitoring dispatches. • Periodically physical v s system stock verification • All other Dispatch related work
