Plan to minimise excess stock and reduce carrying cost. 3. Ensure proper storage and organise its layout in stores storage area. 4. Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork. 5. To give summarise report with suggestions. 6. Coordination/collaboration with various department to address related issues within the company.
