Pharmaceutical (Tablet Capsule) Experience is Mandatory .. To be overall responsible for all tablet production functions in the factory. 2. To monitor all SOP’s related with tablet production. 3. To monitor cleaning procedures and cleanliness in Tablet department. 4. To maintain hygienic practices in department. 5. To follow GMP compliance. 6. To maintain compliance for systems and documents. 7. To carry out routine production activities. 8. To manufacture the product as per BMR & BPR, complete the record. 9. To maintain BMR and BPR online with production. 10. To ensure proper documentation through all the departments. 11. To provide training to subordinate, operators, workers to increase productivity. 12. To direct all workers & operators for defined required work. 13. To monitor cleaning of machinery and areas. 14. To maintain the dress code of all the staff and workmen in the department. 15. To get timely preventive maintenance for machines. 16. To maintain machinery in proper conditions. 17. Co-ordinate with store for collection of approved raw material and packing material for processing. 18. To carry out cleaning validations of equipment. 19. To report any deviations. 20. To report any change control. 21. To maintain the yields of batches within limit 22. To maintain temperature, humidity and pressure differential in critical areas.
