Third Party payroll (Teamlease).1. Carrying out production activity in shift as per Shift In charge instruction. 2. Operating of all the equipments as per the SOPs. 3. Charging & monitoring of batch as per the BMR. 4. Carrying out operation like Reaction, Centrifuging, Filtration, Drying, Milling, Sifting etc. 5. Filling of documents like daily check lists, Equipment log, BMRs & ECRs. 6. Carrying out calibration of weighing balances, Water Meter & pH Meter etc. 7. Coordinating with Engg. Dept for Utility Services, Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance. 8. Cleaning of all equipments as per the ECR. 9. Maintaining general housekeeping of plant. 10. Performing Qualification & Validation as per due. 11. Packing of finished product after Milling or Sifting operation. 12. Coordinating with QA for Issuance of BMRs, ECRs, Checklist & other Production related Documents. 13. Additional responsibility as a shift in charge in case of absence of existing shift in charge of MF3. 14. In my absence Executive -Production shall take care of my responsibilities.
