To follow all the SOP’s in Quality Control Laboratory. 1.2. To follow the Good Laboratory practices and Good Documentation practices in Quality Control Laboratory. 1.3. Responsible for maintaining Data Integrity in the QC and AMV lab. 1.4. Operation and Calibration of various instruments like Balance, pH meter, UV Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, Ion Chromatography etc. 1.5. Preparation of Volumetric solution, Reagent solutions, and Test solution. 1.6. Handling of Working Standard/Reference Standard/Impurity Standards as per SOP. 1.7. Maintenance of Primary Standard and GC Standard as per SOP. 1.8. To perform work assigned by supervisor/ QC Head - AMV. 1.9. Maintain Instrument log book, standard usage log book, column usage log book & in process data. 1.10. Monitor Temperature and Humidity in controlled area of Quality Control Laboratory - AMV. 1.11. Initiation of Unusual, Incident, Deviation, OOS, CAPA. 1.12. Ensure that SOP’s are available for all QC/AMV related activities 1.13. Execution and review of Analytical method validation and QC activity. 1.14. Responsible for the review of analytical method validation done in AMV. 1.15. Transfer of Analytical Methods/documents. 1.16. Maintain the Control sample record as per SOP & its compliance.
