1. Commercial material sourcing for production requirements as per the production plan. 2. Overall responsible for sourcing of RM/PM and other materials. 3. Negotiation & finalization of quotations w.r.to work order & purchase order. 4. Generating PO in SAP and communicating to vendor. 5. Track and complete Vendor re-qualification in line with defined procedure. 6. Procurement of fuel, engineering, ETP lab chemicals, production consumables, stationery and miscellaneous materials. 7. Identification of suitable vendors for all the above material. 8. Negotiating and finalizing rates for all the above material and procurement of the same after due approvals. 9. Planning of fund flow for the project. Vendor development of R&M, Consumables, EHS related materials. 10. Co-ordination with engineering/project department to understand the material specification and communication the same to vendor. Monitoring supplies made by vendor and evaluating their performance. 11. Developing of new vendor. Providing fund flow and payment follow up. 12. Following QMS procedure for purchase of materials in Trackwise System 13. Responsible to perform any other activities assigned by HOD / Designee on time to time, after the completion of relevant training.
