Description :

The HR Manager is responsible for managing and executing various human resources functions to support the organization’s goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include: Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review systems, provide guidance on employee development, and support managers in performance evaluations. Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compliance with regulations. Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs, and foster career growth opportunities. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, and manage HR documentation. HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategy development, including workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
