1) To prepare and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 2) Preparation and Reviewing Method Validation Protocol and Report. 3) Investigation of deviation in the analysis. 4) Stability testing and evaluation of shelf life of product. 5) To prepare Analytical protocols, Test procedures and Specifications of raw materials, Packing materials, Key starting materials, Non-KSM, Intermediates, APIs, potable water, purified water, and various Solvents. 6) To follow good laboratories practices and maintain housekeeping, documents, glassware cleaning, records of lab always in compliance mode as per ICH guideline to meet regulatory requirement. 7) To perform daily laboratory instruments calibration as per SOP. 8) To maintain stock and reconciliation of laboratory chemicals and reagents, glass wares, PP wares etc. 9) To perform analysis of RM, PM, IM, Raw water/ potable water, purified water and API, Stability study sample. 10) To maintain training matrix of Quality control laboratory personnel. 11) To review RM, PM, IM, Raw water/ potable water, purified water and API, Stability study sample analytical reports. 12) To Review of volumetric reagent preparation and standardization record.
