Review production records for accuracy and compliance. Ensure that errors, deviations, or nonconformities identified during the review process are thoroughly investigated and documented. Review investigation results of deviations from production instructions, test or measurement failures, customer complaints, or other nonconformities. Review of Change Management Tool (MOC) proposed by Internal stakeholders. Ensure Management of Change (MOCs) are tracked and implemented in Intelex tool. To check the production line clearance process during product changeover and advise the production team for the next product charging. Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the GMS (Global Manufacturing System) Intelex tool.
