Develop and implement efficient production processes to ensure safety quality and Compliance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff to enhance safety Quality productivity. Coordinate with the supply chain and sales departments to align production schedules with demand and inventory levels. Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, minimize waste generation, and improve processes. Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Safety Quality & compliance in the manufacturing area. Run the department within approved financial & head count budget. Preparation & following of the manufacturing schedule. Responsible for production related CAPA implementation.
