1. Conduct survey to identify the unsafe conditions and acts and take them up for remedial measure. 2. Carry out safety talk, safety audits, mock drills, table top exercise, hazard identification and risk assessments (HAZOP, MCLS, Risk Analysis etc). 3. Focus on Process Safety for new product validations. 4. Ensure reporting of accidents/ fire incident/ near miss incidents, conduct investigation in detail, recommend and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 5. Maintain Environment, Health and Safety MIS. 6. Identify training needs of Strides in Environment, Health and Safety, prepare training material, impart training in order to ensure Environment, Health and Safety aspects are understood & adhered in the plant. 7. Documentation support of, EHS Data management, RBPSM, Process safety, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 implementation.
