1. SOP’s preparation, updating and implementation. 2. Handling of HVAC operations, service, cleaning and validation. 3. To conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment. 4. Handling of Boiler Operation and maintenance. 5. Breakdown maintenance. 6. Handling of Air compressor Operation and maintenance. 7. Handling of Generator Operation and maintenance. 8. Cleaning & Service of Split & Window ACs as per frequency. 9. To execute external calibration and validation for the Equipments by an External agency 10. To maintain AMCs & Services of Machines/Equipment. 11. Routine work to complete priority-wise. 12. Other responsibilities are given by seniors/ Management. 13. To look out for Building maintenance, project work and civil work 14. To manage Pest control activity & fire and safety activity 15. To impart training to personnel. 16. To conduct self-inspection as per frequency with team members.
