• Managing system configuration, enhancement and life cycle • Providing 2nd level application support and utilizing 3rd level support • Problem solving of various technical issues related to different phases of systems life cycle • Appropriate technical and user testing and documentation to comply with the industry regulations • Acting as a subject matter expert in concepting, implementation and upgrade projects • Understanding Laboratory systems and processes to match the demand with an optimal solution and/or configuration • Responsible for LIMS- SAP integrations
