Consultancy of Pharma Experience preferred. Should have designing and execution experience of BMS and Low Voltage (IBMS) Systems. Will be independently dealing with the Client, Vendors and Suppliers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities. Responsible for preparation of Building Management System and Low Voltage Systems design (Concept / Basic / Detail) system of Pharmaceutical Projects for all dosage forms including OSD, API, Sterile & Oncology. Preparation of Deliverable schedule, Tender specification, BOQ, Releasing Enquiries & Preparation of Technical & Commercial BID comparisons. Coordinate with other Engineering disciplines, site teams and project team functions to assist in managing engineering execution and project management deliverable. Site visit whenever required. Guidance to Draftsman for layouts preparation. Approval of technical datasheets & drawings. Functional Competencies. Should be aware with execution of BMS and Low Voltage systems, controls and drawings. Planning & Execution. Knowledge of M.S office applications, Auto-cad & Revit(basic).
