Should have a firm hand on designing and execution strategies for all HVAC system. Will be independently dealing with the Client, Vendors and Suppliers.
Responsible for preparation of HVAC design (Concept / Basic / Detail) system of Pharmaceutical Projects for all dosage forms including OSD, API, Sterile & Oncology. Estimating Heat Load Calculation, Plotting of Heat load on Psychrometric chart, Good understanding of AHU Selection, Dehumidifiers, Planning of various layouts like equipment location, RCP, Airflow Diagrams and Pipe Sizing for Chilled & Hot water requirement, etc. Preparation of Deliverable schedule, Tender specification, BOQ, Releasing Enquiries & Preparation of Technical & Commercial BID comparisons. Coordinate with other Engineering disciplines, site teams and project team functions to assist in managing engineering execution and project management deliverable. Site visit whenever required. Guidance to Draftsman’s for HVAC GFC preparation. Approval of HVAC equipment technical datasheets, GA drawings & GFC drawings. Implement ‘Cost Effective Measures’ for Reducing Overall Project cost. Also take charge of forecast analysis for upcoming phases and planning to complete the same with stipulated time.
