• Analysis & Evaluation of hazards, with respect to Health, Safety & Environment by carrying out HAZOP studies, Health & Safety Risk Assessment & PSSR. • Prepare & maintain site EHS SOP. • Supervised, Monitor & Maintain ETP, MEE, ATFD & RO plant • Maintained & filled online environmental related forms. • Manage effluent from various sources • Awareness for the employees by arranging & presenting safety talks, trainers program on the relevant topic of chemical/pharmaceutical industry. • Conducting safety Committee meetings once in three months and to come up with methods to improve safety at factory sites • Accident Incident investigation. • Project task of Replacement of Non-conductive material with conductive, at site • Preparation of On-Site Emergency Plan. • Mock Drills • Maintaining single EHS CAPA sheet for all unsafe observations which are obtaining through Physical condition tour, Management tour, Unsafe Condition, Unsafe Act, Mock Drill, HAZOP, External Audit, Internal Audit, Safety Inspection, Daily Round, Near Miss/Accident/Incident, My Area Safe Area. • Checking of all safety equipment & system availability like, all PPES, SCBA set, fire hydrant system, first aids kit, Spill kit, Diphtheriae Kit, Gas detection system, safety shower & Eye Washer etc. & maintaining their records.
