• To ensure the material requirement & indenting of materials. • Follow up with Purchase & Planning for delivery, rejections clearance, shortages, etc. • Inventory control, monthly reporting of Inventory to Head Office. • Co-ordination with Distribution/Export department for dispatch details • Compliance to storage conditions of materials & finished goods. • To adhere for potential risk management & prevention of mix-ups. • Submitting monthly statements to Planning, Accounts and Purchase etc. • Preparation & implementation of SOPs as per the procedure laid down in the Quality System SOP in co-ordination with site QA. • To develop skills on Behavioural challenges & Error & remediation for work execution. • Adherence to cGMP / norms and Material Safety norms. • Products recall handling coordination and Adherence to statutory requirements. • Monitoring & control on all stores functions. • To ensure that the required initial and continuous training of the department personnel is carried out and adapted according to the needs. • Responsible for execution of training. • Computerized System Validation in warehouse. • Handling of Change Control, Deviations, CAPA and Investigations in Trackwise software. • Warehouse and Materials Management through SAP software.
